It all started two weeks before Covid hit, with a conversation on Bumble and a movie date to watch "Little Women".
Three years and multiple long-distance segments later, our bond has only grown stronger.
Now, we hope to make this bond permanent and celebrate with those we love. We look forward to spending time with you all!
This ceremony is the culmination of a week's worth of rituals and prayers. This event will be held at Ariya's family home in Tabanan regency. All are welcome.
This is an intimate, half-day event consisting of a vow ceremony and a dinner reception. However, due to venue constraints, this event is by invite-only.
Please contact Ariya or Wynonna directly to RSVP.
And of course, please send any questions our way!
We hope to see you there!
Both the traditional and modern wedding events are no-smoking and no-vaping events. However, there will still be designated smoking and vaping areas located away from the main event spaces.
This will take place in Ariya's grandparents' home in Tabanan regency. If you are interested in attending, please contact Ariya or Wynonna so that we can share the location.
There is no official dress code and no outfit colors to avoid! The majority of people attending will be wearing traditional batik or kebaya . You can wear these no matter your nationality or ethnic background, so feel free to wear these.
No dress code! This will be at an outdoor venue and will be more of a "garden party". Hopefully that information helps!
The first event is a traditional Balinese wedding event on July 25th and is open to all our invites. As such, this wedding event will be large and have many guests. The second is a more modern wedding ceremony on July 27th that is for close friends and family only. If you received an invite to the second event and only have time to attend one, we highly recommend prioritising the second one on the 27th.
Hopefully, yes! If you live abroad it might take longer for an invite to appear in the mail. If your address has changed, please contact Ariya or Wynonna with your new address.
The food will mostly consist of traditional Balinese food. From this, we are planning to provide a wide range of food options ranging from: pork, beef, poultry, fish, vegan, spicy and non-spicy food. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please contact Ariya or Wynonna and let us know as early as possible! We will do our best to accommodate it as best we can.
We recommend staying in the Denpasar or Kuta areas as many popular places of interest are accessible from here. The Canggu area is also a good choice as well (though it may be a little bit further from the wedding venue on the 27th). For more information regarding the precise locations of the traditional wedding on the 25th or the modern wedding on the 27th, please don't hesitate to contact Ariya or Wynonna!
If you hold a passport from any of the ASEAN countries, you can visit Indonesia visa-free for up to 30 days.
Otherwise, you may be eligible for a 30-day Visa on Arrival. This costs IDR 500,000 or around USD$32 and you can apply for it directly at the Indonesian airport upon landing. The immigration office at the airport will only accept cash in IDR or USD, so be prepared!
Another option is a 30-day Visit Visa which you can apply for online in advance here.
You can learn more at Indonesia's immigration website here or contact Ariya or Wynonna for more information.
Not exactly. We appreciate any gifts and there will be a monetary gift collection box at the wedding ceremony on July 27th. However, gifts are not required. Since this is a destination wedding and many of our guests will be flying from out of town, gifts are appreciated, but not expected.
